These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shieldcoatpainting.com and your communications with Shield Coat Painting LLC (“Shield Coat Painting,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.
Estimates and proposals
Estimates are free and are based on the information available at the time of the visit. The scope, price, schedule, materials and payment terms for any project are set out in the written proposal you accept. If anything in a signed proposal differs from this website, the signed proposal controls. Changes to the scope of work are handled through a written change order.
Warranty
Workmanship warranties are provided as stated in your written proposal. Paint and coating manufacturers provide their own product warranties. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, structural movement, water intrusion from other sources, or conditions outside our control.
Payments
Deposits, progress payments and final payments are due as stated in your proposal and invoice. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
Text messaging terms
Shield Coat Painting sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Messages relate to your inquiry or project, including appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and proposal notifications, project scheduling and updates, invoices and follow-ups.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The content on this website, including text, photos, logos and graphics, belongs to Shield Coat Painting or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Project photos show our own work. Website information is provided for general purposes and does not replace a site-specific estimate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shield Coat Painting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for project work is governed by your written proposal and Arizona law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Shield Coat Painting LLC is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, ROC #361356.
